Do Not Ignore Product Recalls

While many companies will issue recalls before incidents occur, that’s not always the case. If you need help because of a product recall and need a personal injury lawyer contact Bernard Law Group.

With this recall, we see that many consumers are at risk and might not even know about it. Unfortunately, recalls aren’t always foolproof and may not reach every single consumer. That’s why it’s important to remind our friends and family members about these recalls if we know they, too, have the defective items. It is also extremely important to complete the product pamphlets that come with purchased items and
return them to the manufacturer so you can easily be contacted should a recall be issued for a product you have purchased.

While consumers did not report any injuries associated with these devices, it’s important to note that incidents may still happen. So if you own one of these heaters, do not use them. Contact Amazon if the company does not reach out to you. You should be able to receive a full refund. Just follow Amazon’s instructions.
