Megan has been a personal injury paralegal in WA for more than twenty years. She has been a member of the Bernard Law Group since 1999. Megan works directly with clients and attorneys throughout the entire case process from intake through trial or settlement. She is responsible for handling any issues clients may have with their insurance companies. Her responsibilities also include obtaining copies of important documents, such as medical records or police reports.
As a case flows through the different stages of the legal process, Megan updates insurance companies and medical providers. She drafts all pleadings and schedules all depositions and hearings in order to prepare filed cases for trial. When she isn’t working, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, running, and ski.
