According to the reports published by local news organizations, an 18-year-old woman lost her life in a crash that took place Sunday night.
The crash took place on Highway 101 near Raymond. And according to the Washington State Patrol, the 18-year-old was traveling on the southbound lanes of the road in a Toyota Tercel when a Nissan pickup truck heading north veered across the center line. As a result, the truck crashed head-on against the Toyota. The 18-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene while a 32-year-old man who was behind of the wheel of the truck was injured, along with his 26-year-old passenger.
The truck driver may face charges.

The 18-year-old was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash but it isn’t clear whether any other factor may have contributed to the deadly crash.
