Four young adults were transported to Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital Monday evening after their vehicle went off-road.
The 2009 Mazda, driven by a 23-year-old female from Cowiche, was destroyed when it left the road as it was going around a curve and rolled over, according to news sources. The accident occurred in Cowiche at the 1300 block of Thompson Road at 6:45 p.m.
The other passengers were a 22-year-old male from Cowiche, a 20-year-old male from Tieton, and an 18-year-old female from Tieton.
Their conditions are not currently available. It is believed speed and intoxicants were involved in the accident, according to Washington State Patrol.
As an auto accident attorney in Vancouver, I wish all four victims a speedy recovery. In my experience as apersonal injury attorney in Vancouver, often accidents of this nature prove to be fatal. Speed can often cause a crash or be the difference between a crash that kills and one that just injures, and driving impaired is undoubtedly one of the most dangerous things you can do while operating a vehicle, endangering both yourself and everyone around you. If you’ve been injured in a car accident and believe it was someone else’s fault, I recommend you contact a personal injury lawyer in order to evaluate your legal options.
