Throughout the next year, Cleveland will install more than three dozen red-light cameras. The cameras were approved by the city council, and voted in favor by a councilwoman who supports their use, especially at dangerous intersections. A councilman said they utilized data to determine the best places for them. If anyone believes they did not get a ticket appropriately, they can file an an appeal. Another bill is currently under consideration in the House which may result in a ban on the cameras, according to news reports.
