Quaker Issues Pretzel Snack Recall Over Allergy Risk

A voluntary recall has been issued by Quaker Oats Company regarding its Chewy Smashbar Graham Pretzel snack bars due to an unlisted milk allergen that the product contains, according to news sources.

One allergic reaction has currently been reported by someone who consumed the product. The product lacks the “may contain milk” disclaimer.

Quaker, a division of PepsiCO Inc., has said that the risks of those with allergies consuming mik products are life-threatening.

If you have purchased this product and you have a milk allergy, do not eat it. Return the product to your store of purchase for a full refund. If you have any further questions, contact Quaker Oats by phone, or visit their website.
