As a Tacoma car accident lawyer, I’m saddened to hear about this fatal pedestrian accident that occurred along a busy freeway. I urge pedestrians to always use designated walkways and sidewalks. Pedestrians should never walk along the shoulder of freeways. My condolences go out to the friends and families of the woman who are dealing with this tragic incident. I hope investigators can find out exactly how this fatal pedestrian accident occurred so they can potentially make roadways safer for pedestrians and drivers.
