Zip-up hoodies for boys and girls were recently recalled because the drawstrings pose serious strangulation hazards. The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued guidelines on drawstrings in outerwear beginning in 1996. Customers are urged to take the hoodies away from children immediately and remove the drawstrings, then contact Zulily for information on getting a refund. Approximately 560 hoodies are part of the recall and they were made in China, according to news reports. The hoodies have various designs and come in many different colors.
