Former President Promotes Patient Safety at Health Care Forum

Former President Clinton stopped by Monday night at a health care forum and encouraged medical experts to focus on patient safety.

The summit was formed with the goal of reducing preventable deaths. Approximately 200,000 people die at hospitals due to medical errors, undiagnosed conditions and other mistakes from hospital personnel. Clinton encouraged those in attendance to continue efforts to improve safety.
