A new report by a flight advisory service found that flying is now safer than ever in history.

The number of fatal crashes dropped significantly in 2012 compared to the previous year. The fatal accident rate dropped to one death per 2.5 million flights. There were 15 fatal air crashes in 2012 compared to 25 in 2011.

In the last year, 362 people died in accident, while 75 percent of those fatalities came from two crashes: one in Nigeria and another in Pakistan.
