A Wisconsin construction business was cited for 10 violations after a truck driver died and another worker suffered serious injuries during a crane collapse.

A bridge was being repaired when the crane overturned. OSHA released a statement reminding employers that they have a responsibility to eliminate hazards and make sure proper training is given to workers.
