The articles from local news show that a crash that happened on Saturday some time early morning has allegedly claimed the life of a 22-year-old man. The accident happened in Tukwilla when the man involved in the fatal accident was driving his 2008 Honda Civic north on Sate Route 599. The vehicle had one passenger when going just south of Highway 99.

The Washington State Patrol claimed that the man was driving at a high speed just before the car rolled many times before it came to rest on the right shoulder of Route 599. The woman riding in the car was allegedly taken to the hospital after the crash.

According to the news and the official statements from the Washington State Patrol, the driver did not have his seat belt on at the time of the crash. Alcohol or drugs may have played an important part in the accident.

As a Tacoma personal injury attorney I hope that the passenger who might have suffered greatly in the accident will recover in a timely manner without major issues. I urge all drivers to never drink and take the wheel of a car. Be responsible and leave your car at home when you know you’re going to be indulging in drinking activities.

A personal injury lawyer could be of great assistance to victims of accidents related to the reckless behavior of others.
