As a Spokane personal injury lawyer, I’m saddened to hear about this fatal pedestrian accident. I urge pedestrians to always use designated walkways and sidewalks. Pedestrians should never walk along the shoulder of freeways. My condolences go out to the friends and families of the woman who are dealing with this tragic incident. I hope investigators are able to determine how this fatal accident occurred so they can make the roadways safer for drivers and pedestrians. My thoughts are also with this driver who will have to deal with this tragic collision.
