As an Everett personal injury attorney, it saddens me to hear about this fatal pedestrian accident involving a train. My condolences go out to this man’s friends and family in this difficult time. I hope this tragic case reminds people to never cross train tracks at unmarked areas, even when they think they aren’t in any danger. Trains are very dangerous and pedestrians should never walk along the tracks or near them. I hope investigators are able to determine how this pedestrian accident happened to ensure an accident like this never happens in the future.
